Job Description

This is a sales-focused position with plenty of physical work. The right person will be comfortable helping customers, operating equipment, and moving large merchandise throughout the day. We're looking for someone with the work ethic, attitude, and leadership potential to grow into greater responsibility over time. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service. Help customers select furniture, mattresses, and home furnishings that fit their needs. Load, unload, move, and stage furniture throughout the store. Safely operate a forklift to transport merchandise. Assist with merchandising, displays, and keeping the sales floor clean and organized. Process customer purchases and assist at the register as needed. Work closely with teammates to ensure an excellent shopping experience. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with the public. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Able to lift and move heavy furniture, mattresses, and other large merchandise throughout the day. Proficient forklift operator (or able to demonstrate safe forklift operation). Register/POS experience is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Self-motivated and willing to take initiative without constant supervision. Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends. We're Looking For Someone Who... Takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
