Full-time, 40 hours/week. Weekend availability required. About the role The Pro Shop Attendant offers friendly, quick service at the heart of the operation: checking players in, running the tee sheet, handling merchandise and food & beverage sales, and keeping the shop sharp. You're the hub connecting guests, the outside team, and the golf staff. What you'll do

• Welcome and check in golfers with warm, professional service; collect green and cart fees and process them accurately in the POS (Lightspeed, we'll train you)
• Keep the tee sheet running smoothly and help protect pace of play with the outside team
• Ring up merchandise, apparel, range balls, and food & beverage; handle cash and cards accurately
• Assist the golf staff with day-to-day shop operations and guest requests
• Receive merchandise, rotate and refresh displays, and keep an organized, well-stocked shop and stockroom
• Answer phones and email courteously: rates, tee times, memberships, and events
• Promote memberships, leagues, and upcoming events to every guest What we're looking for
• Strong customer-service and communication skills; calm and organized during the morning rush
• Comfortable with a POS/computer system and accurate cash handling
• Available weekends and holidays
• Retail, hospitality, or golf experience a plus, not required Physical requirements: Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs (merchandise, cases of product).
