In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, managing inventory, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a passion for retail sales. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling. Perform merchandising tasks to ensure products are displayed attractively and stocked appropriately. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including stocking shelves and managing inventory levels. Handle customer inquiries professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Utilize basic math skills for retail math calculations related to pricing and discounts. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or a restaurant environment is preferred. Supervising experience is a plus, showcasing leadership capabilities. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
