About the Role We are looking for a proactive and engaged night-shift supervisor to oversee our daily manufacturing activities. Your primary focus will be to uphold our standards for quality, safety, and operational productivity. By managing team dynamics and streamlining workflows, you will play a vital role in helping us reach our production goals and fostering a culture of excellence. Core Responsibilities Mentor and guide production staff to foster professional growth and team success. Ensure that all production quotas, quality benchmarks, and shipping timelines are consistently achieved. Manage resource allocation and personnel to help maximize overall operational efficiency. Foster a culture of safety by strictly enforcing all workplace protocols and guidelines. Facilitate regular shift briefings to ensure all team members are aligned on daily objectives. Address and troubleshoot manufacturing challenges as they arise during the shift. Work alongside the Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality departments to resolve operational obstacles. Assist in the integration and training of incoming staff members. Document shift productivity and monitor key performance indicators. Champion lean manufacturing and waste reduction efforts to improve internal processes. Verify that all operations remain in alignment with customer specifications and internal policies. Qualifications Minimum of two years in a manufacturing leadership role, with a preference for automotive or composites experience. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead diverse teams effectively. Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on production setting. Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing workflows and production systems. Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies is considered an asset. Proven capacity to make sound decisions and solve complex problems. Strong interpersonal and organizational communication abilities. Competency in utilizing standard computer software and reporting applications.
