The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. This role involves assisting customers with shipping, printing, packaging, and other business service needs. Schedule Day and Afternoon shifts available Monday to Friday Weekend availability required Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone Process shipping transactions (UPS, USPS) Pack and label shipments accurately and efficiently Operate copiers, printers, and other office equipment Handle cash, and credit card transactions Maintain a clean and organized store environment Assist with mailbox services and other store offerings Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Retail or customer service experience preferred Ability to multitask and work independently We look forward to meeting motivated candidates ready to join our team!
