Job Summary:

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain an organized and clean sales floor
• Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Stay up-to-date on current promotions and sales events

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math and spelling skills are a must
