Duties Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns and accessories that match their style, body type, and vision for their wedding day Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits of various bridal styles and embellishments Provide personalized styling advice, upselling complementary items such as veils, jewelry, and shoes to enhance the overall look Manage retail sales transactions accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system, including cash handling and cash drawer balancing Stock and organize bridal racks, accessories, and display areas to maintain an inviting shopping environment Offer exceptional customer service by listening attentively to client needs, answering questions clearly, and maintaining professional phone etiquette Supervise team members when needed, supporting merchandising efforts and ensuring store standards are upheld Skills Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within fashion or bridal industries, with strong upselling abilities Supervising experience is a plus; capable of guiding team members to deliver outstanding service Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual settings to connect with diverse clients Skilled in POS operations, cash register handling, retail math, and processing transactions efficiently Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and stock management practices Ability to demonstrate products confidently while providing detailed explanations to clients Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing registers, and performing retail calculations confidently Join us as a Bridal Stylist if you're passionate about helping brides feel radiant on their big day!
