Dumos Home is opening a new furniture and home goods retail store in Fayetteville, GA. We are looking for reliable, hands-on Part-Time Retail Store Associates to support daily store operations. This is a cross-functional retail role. Team members will assist with customer service, cashiering, stocking, merchandising, and basic inventory/stockroom tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful customer service
• Operate the POS system and process customer transactions accurately
• Stock, replenish, organize, and maintain merchandise on the sales floor
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, moving, and organizing merchandise
• Maintain product displays and ensure pricing and signage are accurate
• Support inventory counts and basic stockroom organization
• Keep the sales floor, checkout area, and assigned work areas clean and organized
• Assist with opening and closing tasks as assigned
• Follow store procedures, safety standards, and management instructions
• Support other store operations as needed Qualifications
• Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to perform multiple store functions, including cashiering, stocking, merchandising, and customer service
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Able to lift, move, and handle merchandise as needed
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Basic English communication skills required Schedule

Since this is a new store, associates will have the opportunity to be part of the opening team and help build the store from the ground up.

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
