Job Description
Sales Associate - Cars, Customers & Social Media Commission • Weekly draw • Month-end bonuses We are hiring a salesperson to work on the lot under our current salesperson. You will talk to customers, follow up on leads, list and film our inventory, and help people into a vehicle they can actually afford. This is not a desk job and it is not a "post when you feel like it" social media role. You work the lot and you stay visible online every day. Pay Commission-based. You earn when you sell. Weekly draw against commission so you have money coming in each week. End-of-month bonuses based on sales goals. What you will do Answer leads by phone, text, email, or social media—whichever way they come in List vehicles on Facebook Marketplace and other sites that bring buyers Photograph clean cars and post them to our website through Wayne Reaves Make daily videos of vehicles on the lot (features, condition, price) and post to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Post at least three times a day on each main platform Make at least three longer videos a week: walking the lot, featuring a car, or explaining how our no-credit-check program works and how it can help build credit Create posts about the business, specials, and customer stories. Reply to comments and messages the same day Greet customers when they pull up. Help them find a vehicle they can pay for and keep Walk them through insurance, getting a money order for the down payment, and local banks if they ask Keep inventory current in Wayne Reaves. Make sure every car has a buyers guide—or a "not for sale" sign if it is not ready Verify documents and references. Finish the sold-vehicle checklist and turn the folder in to the office In downtime: drive cars to the shop, run them through the wash, test drive, and report problems Who this is for Comfortable talking to people in person and on camera Can make simple videos with your phone and post them without being asked twice Shows up, follows up, and does not let messages sit Valid driver's license required. You will move and test-drive vehicles Car sales experience helps. Being hungry and coachable matters more How to apply Apply here. Include your name, phone number, resume and a link to any social posts or videos you have made. If you do not have a portfolio, tell us why you want the job.
