Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Scan and bag items, ensuring correct pricing and proper handling of merchandise
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
• Upsell additional products or services to customers
• Process returns and exchanges according to company policies

Skills:

• Fluent in English
• Experience in wireless or technology sales is preferred
• Strong organizational skills to manage cash register transactions and maintain an orderly checkout area
• Basic retail math skills for accurate cash handling and pricing calculations
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide product information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong upselling skills to promote additional products or services
