Job Summary We're looking for a committed professional to work an attractive flexible four-day schedule to oversee administrative responsibilities, provide exceptional and personalized customer service and with strong sales skills to contribute to the overall success and growth of our business. The ideal candidate is someone with 2 to 3 years' experience in interior design and sales, preferable in high-end interiors or luxury furniture and accessories, also well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Responsibilities Assist in developing detailed design documentation and drafting using Mydoma. Generate sales in a retail environment. Create high-quality renderings and visual presentations. Support project management tasks including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating design phases for residential interior projects Collaborate with senior designer on lighting design concepts and remodeling plans, including renovation projects Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their needs and present design solutions confidently Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines Qualifications Familiarity with Mydoma design software. Excellent client communication skills paired with a professional attitude in managing clients and project details Background in luxury interior design helpful.
