Duties Engage with customers in the showroom, offering expert guidance on product selections including tile, countertop, and remodeling materials Conduct product demonstrations and layout design consultations using tools like PowerPoint and CAD software to help clients visualize their projects Assist customers with inside sales transactions, cash handling, and upselling premium products or services Build strong client relationships through effective communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions for renovation or remodeling projects Collaborate with the team on merchandising strategies to ensure the showroom is inviting, organized, and aligned with marketing initiatives Support clients throughout the sales process from initial consultation to deal closing by negotiating pricing, materials, and terms effectively Maintain showroom organization of product displays, and assist with inventory management to ensure availability of high-demand items such as countertops and remodeling supplies Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales, inside sales, or construction sales with a focus on high-end products or renovation materials Strong knowledge of bathroom and kitchen design, interior design principles, layout design software (CAD), and remodeling processes Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and systems for customer relationship building and sales tracking Ability to perform basic math calculations related to retail math, discounts, and pricing negotiations Construction experience or familiarity with renovation projects enhances your ability to advise clients effectively Organizational skills to manage inventory stocking, product demos, and client appointments efficiently Join us as a Showroom Sales Associate where your passion for design combined with your sales expertise will inspire clients and elevate their spaces!
