Key Responsibilities Customer Consultation:

Assist customers with inquiries, guide them through phone activations, and help them choose the best service plans for their needs.

Sales & Operations:

Drive accessory sales and assist with daily store management tasks to keep the retail environment running smoothly.

Customer Service:

Deliver a welcoming, helpful experience to every guest who walks through our doors.

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Pay:

Starting at $18+/hour for entry-level candidates (higher rates available based on experience) .

Uncapped Commission:

Earn additional income on top of your hourly wage.

Earning Potential:

Full-time associates can realistically earn an additional $1,000 to $2,000+ per month in commissions. What We Are Looking For A bright, positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility. Comfort and confidence engaging with customers face-to-face. A desire to learn new skills and grow professionally. Bilingual English/Korean speakers are highly preferred (but not required).
