Job Description

Operations & Retail Associate Location:
Johns Creek, GA A growing luxury watch service and retail organization in the North Atlanta area is seeking an Operations & Retail Associate to support its retail store and watch service operation. This role combines customer service, repair coordination, inventory management, and day-to-day operations . Prior watch or jewelry experience is helpful, but not required. Strong organization, technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn are most important. Key Responsibilities Manage watch repair intake, documentation, estimates, customer approvals, and status updates. Coordinate repair activity between customers, watchmakers, vendors, and manufacturers. Serve as a knowledgeable, trusted point of contact for customers. Receive, organize, and maintain parts and retail inventory. Monitor inventory levels, sales trends, and customer demand. Support purchasing, special orders, and daily store operations. Help improve processes, organization, and the overall customer experience. Qualifications Experience in operations, retail, customer service, service coordination, or a similar environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with customers and handling high-value products. Strong computer and technical aptitude. Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn technical product information quickly. Luxury retail, watches, jewelry, automotive, or hospitality experience is a plus. Genuine interest in watches is highly preferred.

$50,000.00 per year
