MarTech is a busy electronics repair and resale store in Kennesaw looking for a dependable, outgoing team member to help run the front of the store and assist with electronics repair and resale operations. This is not a traditional receptionist position. We're looking for someone who is comfortable talking to customers, answering phones and messages, handling multiple things at once, and learning about electronics. Our technicians stay very busy repairing devices, so this position will primarily be responsible for making sure customers are taken care of quickly when they walk in, call, email, or message us. During slower periods, you'll help with device testing, inventory, preparing electronics for sale, shipping, and eventually basic repairs depending on your experience and ability. Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers Answer incoming phone calls Respond to customer emails and online messages Check repair devices in and out Create and update repair tickets Provide customers with repair pricing and estimated turnaround times Provide estimates for customers selling electronics to us Process sales, returns and customer pickups Test phones, laptops, gaming consoles and other electronics Help inspect devices we purchase from customers Prepare phones, computers and consoles for resale Clean, reset and organize devices Package and ship online orders Receive and organize parts and inventory Keep the front counter and customer areas clean and organized Follow up with customers regarding repairs and pickups Assist technicians as needed Learn basic electronics repairs as experience allows What We're Looking For We're especially interested in someone who: Is friendly and comfortable talking to customers Naturally pays attention when a customer walks through the door or the phone rings Can handle a busy environment without becoming overwhelmed Communicates clearly and professionally Is organized and good at keeping track of multiple tasks Shows up on time and is dependable Is comfortable using computers and learning new software Has an interest in phones, computers, gaming consoles or electronics Is willing to learn Can work independently without constantly needing to be told what to do Previous electronics repair experience is helpful but not required. Customer service, retail, sales, computer, phone repair, gaming PC or electronics experience is a plus.

Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
