Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Greet every guest with enthusiasm, energy, and a genuine smile. Engage with guests and help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Answer guest questions and provide helpful information about The Light Park. Provide directions and assistance throughout the guest experience. Look for opportunities to make every guest interaction a positive one. Help guests feel welcome, appreciated, and excited to be at The Light Park. Handle guest concerns with patience and a positive attitude, involving a Lead when additional assistance is needed. Daily Operations Support the day-to-day operation of The Light Park. Assist with ticket scanning and ticket sales quickly and accurately when assigned. Help maintain smooth guest and vehicle flow as directed by the appropriate Lead. Support merchandise sales with friendly, no-pressure service when assigned. Assist with VIP and special experiences when assigned. Help maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready areas. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Be ready to jump in and support other areas of the operation when needed. Teamwork & Communication Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and Leads throughout the night. Follow directions and operational procedures provided by the Leads and management team. Work together with other departments to provide a seamless guest experience. Ask questions when unsure and communicate issues promptly. Support teammates during busy periods and help wherever needed. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun team environment. Safety Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Help maintain a safe environment for guests and fellow team members. Report hazards, incidents, or safety concerns to a Lead immediately. Follow directions regarding traffic, pedestrian movement, guest flow, and emergency procedures. Keep safety in mind while delivering an energetic and engaging guest experience. What We're Looking For Must be 16 years of age or older. Reliable transportation required. Naturally friendly, upbeat, and guest-focused. Strong communication skills. Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed. Dependable and punctual. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-energy environment. Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions. High school diploma preferred but not required.

Seasonal employment through January 3rd. Work schedule will vary based on park operating hours and business needs. Must be available for assigned shifts and arrive on time and ready to work. Compensation $13.00 per hour This is a seasonal, part-time, temporary position. Team members are expected to maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude throughout each shift.
