Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting daily dealership operations by managing vehicle logistics, coordinating service-related tasks, and ensuring all vehicles are properly prepared for customer delivery and display. This role requires strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport vehicles between dealership locations, service departments, detail shops, and inspection/emissions facilities Pick up and deliver automotive parts as needed to support service operations Coordinate and complete vehicle emissions testing and state inspections Conduct basic vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness for sale Prepare vehicles for customer presentation, including staging and final quality checks Maintain organization and cleanliness of the lot and inventory vehicles Assist sales and service teams with vehicle readiness and logistics Ensure timely completion of tasks while following all safety and driving regulations

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive a variety of vehicles (manual transmission is a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Good communication and teamwork skills Familiarity with basic automotive operations is a plus Join our team as a Sales Associate and embark on a rewarding career in sales. to be part of our dynamic team!
