Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to partner with our account managers and clients. You will be the backbone of our sales process, ensuring accurate order entry, seamless artwork proofing, and timely delivery of custom apparel.

Key Responsibilities Order Processing:

Enter and manage custom apparel orders in Spire ERP software, ensuring accuracy in sizes, colors, and artwork specifications.

Customer Communication:

Act as a liaison between clients and production, answering inquiries, providing order updates, and resolving issues.

Artwork Management:

Coordinate with our Art Department to route digital proofs to clients for approval.

Quote Generation:

Prepare and send accurate price quotes and invoices using our internal order management systems, and collaborate with Sales Representatives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or the print/apparel industry. Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM software. Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
