Position Summary:

We are looking for a self-motivated and passionate person to join our team. The Customer Service and Sales Support Representative will assist sales and customers with product availability, ordering, and shipping our large selection of packaging products. The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and is proficient in multi-tasking between phone calls, e-mails, and various online sites for vendors, carriers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist sales staff with product availability
• obtain/relay current product and shipping costs.
• Process orders for stock and non-stock products for multiple warehouses
• Calculate and schedule the best and most cost-effective shipping method per order
• Work with carriers to track shipments and file claims as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Use of the MS Office suite
• Ability to type 60 WPM and competent with 10 key numpad
• Professional written and verbal communication skills required
• Must be able to multi-task with phones and order processing
• Filing paperwork and keeping workspace clean/organized

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAGE preferred)
• Experience with TMS (MyCarrier preferred)
• Experience with logistics and/or packaging industry
• Associate's Degree or higher a plus

Travel Requirements:

• No travel required
• standard hours are 8a-5p

M-F Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to walk up to 100'

• occasional visits to warehouse where tools and parts are kept

Minimum Education:

• High School diploma

Minimum Years of Work Experience:

• 2•4 years of customer service or relevant call center experience required.
