Overview Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard is looking for a daily

SHOP OPENER

for its Mableton, GA (Cobb County) location to work from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm Monday - Friday. If you're hardworking, responsible, have amazing customer service skills and are looking for a FUN job, then we're looking for you! Ideal candidates will have an enthusiastic, can-do attitude and prior customer service or leadership experience. The

SHOP OPENER

will be responsible for ensuring that the shop is open and ready for business daily while following Rita's policies and procedures, maintaining excellent guest service, a CLEAN shop, and promoting a team atmosphere to maximize store profitability. This is a weekly pay and TIPPED position! Customers tip WELL for great customer service. Hourly pay is dependent on experience. Applicants must be 18 or older as this is a management position where you will be working side by side with the Franchisee owners to build the safest, cleanest, most customer-friendly Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard shop!
