Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to create a positive shopping experience Assist customers in selecting vaping devices, e-liquids, accessories, and related products based on their preferences and needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to educate customers about different options Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments Maintain organized merchandising displays to highlight new arrivals and promote ongoing sales campaigns Restock shelves and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times Upsell complementary products by identifying customer needs and offering tailored recommendations Handle customer inquiries via phone with professional etiquette, providing detailed information about products and store policies Experience Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment such as grocery stores or specialty shops Supervising experience is highly valued for leadership opportunities within the team Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math is essential Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette will help foster lasting customer relationships Knowledge of vaping products or prior experience in the vaping industry is advantageous but not required; training will be provided Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining genuine customer engagement Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-tier service in a dynamic retail environment!
