Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Sales Floor Associate role located in Peachtree City, GA. The Sales Floor Associate will greet customers, provide styling assistance, and guide shoppers through product options in a friendly, professional manner. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, replenishing merchandise, keeping the sales floor clean and organized, and operating the point-of-sale system for purchases and returns. The role also involves learning product features, sizes, and fits, handling basic inventory tasks, and supporting store events or promotions as needed. The associate works closely with the store team to ensure a positive customer experience and support daily sales goals. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and assist a diverse range of shoppers Basic retail skills, including cash handling, use of POS systems, and comfort with merchandising and product display An interest in fashion, styling, and trends, with the ability to provide thoughtful outfit suggestions and product recommendations Reliability and time management skills, including punctuality, the ability to work scheduled shifts, and handle multiple tasks on a busy sales floor Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods, lift and carry light to moderate merchandise, and support general store upkeep Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn store policies, product lines, and sales techniques Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided Availability to work a flexible schedule, MUST be able to work weekends
