Party Store Associate Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our party store team. The ideal candidate will help create memorable experiences for our customers by assisting with party supplies, decorations, and personalized services. This is a part-time position with consistent weekly hours .

Compensation:

$9-$15 per hour, based on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products Provide recommendations for party themes, decorations, and supplies Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately Meet set weekly sales targets. Restock shelves, maintain displays, and organize merchandise Monitor inventory and perform regular stock counts Assist in decorating displays and preparing for seasonal events Ensure store is clean, safe, and visually appealing Participate in team collaboration and meetings

Qualifications & Skills:

Retail, party store, or related field experience required Basic computer skills required (POS systems, inventory tracking, order entry) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality Ability to work weekends and some holidays Basic math skills for transactions and inventory counts Must be able to create and assist with balloon decorations and simple party décor
