Job Objective:

We are looking for a reliable self-starter to provide retail sales and customer service functions. This includes assisting customers, working a cash register, restocking shelves with inventory, and cleaning in a busy and growing retail liquor store in Riverdale, Georgia.

Applicant should be able to complete daily responsibilities without supervision. Must be at least 21 years old. Must be available to work upto 40 hours a week. Applicant may be scheduled to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays. Flexibility is a plus! We are closed on Christmas. Current position is for full time, 5-6 days per week, 35-40 hours. (Mornings start no earlier than 8:30am, Evenings end no later than 11:00 PM) Must be able to stand for several hours at a time. Must be able to lift and stack 20+lb boxes consistently. Must pass background check and drug screening Reliability is key Open schedule availability is a plus!

Job Functions:

1. Provide friendly and positive customer service to patrons and visitors to the retail store. 2. Will be responsible for stocking delivered merchandise in the warehouse 3. Restock shelves and fill coolers with new merchandise. 4. Perform periodic inventory of stock on hand. 5. Assist customers in selection of various brands of liquors, wines, etc., and help customers with carry-outs 6. Maintain the premises both inside and out in a neat clean condition at all times, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, washing windows, and rearranging merchandise. 7. Perform accurate and timely cashier functions, including scanning and entering sales transactions, making change and handling cash. 8. Perform basic mathematical computations. 9. Perform required ID checks on customers and notify management of violations, concerns, etc. 10. Comply with all regulations regarding sales transactions and established procedures. 11. Perform other related duties as assigned.
