Retail Associate

Retail Associates assist our clients with engagement, local preferences, customer service and business/sales management. Our team is responsible for the face-to-face connections between our client and their customers, providing them with additional sales opportunities and increased exposure. You will be working with our food and beverage client in the area. Professionalism and communication are essential within the Retail Associate position, which is why we emphasize training, meetings, and consistent collaboration with client representatives. As a Retail Associate, you will be the most influential part of our team through gaining knowledge during face-to-face sales interactions, developing customer service and local relationships, and collaborating between departments to ensure a complete view of client engagement.

Retail Associate Position Details:

Retail Associate Role:

Previous experience in customer service, communications, sales, retail, or management Completed a minimum education level of GED/High School Diploma Critical and creative thinking skills Collaboration skills, including between Client Management, Retail Associate, and Customer Representative teams Excellent time management and reliability with day-to-day operations and Retail Associate responsibilities Opportunities for advancement and development are available with the clients and company through cross-functional roles and learning the perception, customer service, strategic development, and creative management of the brand, and the Retail Associate position.

$4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
