Bakery Sales Associate Up to $12/hr Plus Tips (avg. additional $3/hr)

Smallcakes Gwinnett is seeking a motivated customer-focused Bakery Sales Associate to join our Snellville location to drive sales while providing a great customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, promoting products, and multitasking while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Job Responsibilities:
Cordially greet and engage with customers Upsell and cross-sell products, including specials and seasonal items Build customer loyalty by adhering to the customer engagement tools Ensure product displays are attractive and replenished regularly Make small batch Ice-Cream (training provided) Decorate cupcakes (training provided) POS Operation and Cash handling Prepare packaging for product Serve and Upsell Cupcakes, hand-scooped ice cream, and other novelties Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to food and safety requirements Provide an overall exceptional customer experience, while promoting and increasing sales.
Qualifications:
Sales-driven mindset with a passion for providing a great customer experience Mimimum 1 year experience in retail sales, food service, or customer service Excellent communication and multitasking skills Flexible availability including most weekends and some holidays
