As a Retail Team Member, you'll play a key role in spreading the joy of our premium chocolates, fudge, ice cream, and waffle cones. What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service with a smile, answering questions and offering sales suggestions. Operate the point of sale system (cash register) accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve delicious Kilwins products, including chocolates, fudge, and ice cream. Craft and serve fresh waffle cones. Keep the store clean and organized, following health and safety standards. Help create attractive product displays according to Kilwins brand standards. Participate in general opening and closing procedures. Answer the phone and take orders with a positive attitude. Always uphold the values and culture of the Kilwins brand.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment. Customer service-oriented with excellent manners and a helpful demeanor. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Previous retail experience is required. Professional and Punctual Available to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday - required

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Must be able to stand for extended periods.
