Triangle Furniture is looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable Sales Associate to join our team! We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is motivated to provide excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping experience. Assist customers in selecting furniture, mattresses, and home furnishings. Learn and explain product features, benefits, pricing, warranties, and financing options. Build relationships with customers and follow up on sales opportunities. Meet individual and store sales goals. Accurately complete sales orders, customer information, and required paperwork. Explain available financing, layaway, and payment options according to current promotions. Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom. Keep merchandise properly tagged and organized. Assist with showroom displays and daily store responsibilities. Work as part of a team and follow direction from management. Follow all company policies and procedures.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Friendly and professional personality. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Comfortable talking with customers and asking questions to understand their needs. Ability to learn furniture and mattress products quickly. Previous sales or retail experience is preferred but not required . Furniture sales experience is a plus. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
