This is a fast-paced, hands-on, multi-skilled position that combines food preparation, cooking, café/barista service, retail, customer service, cleaning, organization, and daily operational responsibilities. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent customer service skills, who are not only hardworking, but who are quick learners, strong problem-solvers, organized thinkers, and capable of working independently when necessary.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities may include: Pantry and food preparation Preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch menu items Following recipes, portions, food safety procedures, and quality standards Barista duties and preparation of coffee and café beverages and pastry items Maintaining food prep levels and anticipating what needs to be prepared next Monitoring inventory and communicating when products or supplies are running low Retail sales and operating a point-of-sale system Stocking, organizing, and maintaining retail merchandise Providing friendly and professional customer service Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Opening, closing, cleaning, and general daily operational duties Learning and following established systems, procedures, and routines Assisting in developing better routines and solutions as situations arise Social Media plays a very big part of our brand awareness, you will be required to participate in creating social media promos, for marketing and branding purposes . Pay:
