Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and friendly Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, personable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Duties Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, answering questions, and providing product recommendations Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale Handle cash drawer operations, including balancing and reconciling at the end of shifts Promote and sell products to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Use basic math skills to manage transactions and inventory counts Support team members with daily store operations as needed Experience Previous retail store experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to perform basic math accurately in a fast-paced setting Experience handling cash transactions and managing cash drawers is advantageous Retail or sales experience will help in understanding sales techniques and customer engagement strategies

Pay:

$16.00 - $16.50 per hour
