Job Description:

Welcome and assist customers in a warm, professional manner. Build relationships with guests and provide personalized recommendations. Educate customers about local artists, jewelry collections, and featured products. Process purchases accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Gift wrap purchases when requested. Restock merchandise and maintain organized, visually appealing displays. Assist with inventory counts, receiving merchandise, and pricing new products. Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-presented. Answer customer questions in person, over the phone, and through email when needed. Follow opening and closing procedures.

Position Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using computers and POS systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
