Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Perform retail math calculations as necessary for inventory management and sales reporting. Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively. Experience in cash handling and operating cash registers. Knowledge of retail sales techniques, including upselling strategies. Ability to stock merchandise efficiently while maintaining store organization.
