Job Description
!Cookies is a locally owned and operated women's fashion boutique with six locations, Kailua-Kona, Waikiki- Hilton, Hawaii Kai, Kaneohe and Kapolei. Be apart of a dynamic team, and work for one of the fastest growing, and coolest retail companies in Hawaii. We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are totally dedicated to fashion and great customer service. We are offering part time and full time positions. If you are a stylist with a strong flair for fashion, you can have a successful career with Cookies.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of Retail (fashion) Experience RequiredQualified candidates who exhibit a positive, energetic attitude and commitment to providing an outstanding experience for customers. We want individuals full of personality.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service!!!!!
- Acquire and share fashion knowledge with customers.
- Assist and advise customers with merchandise selection.
- Create and foster a wonderful environment for customers and employees.
- Achieve and surpass sales and merchandise goals.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
- Assist with the flow of merchandise from stock areas to the selling floor in a timely and organized fashion.
