Responsibilities Greet customers as they enter the store and provide assistance with their inquiries. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols. Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Maintain merchandising standards by organizing product displays and ensuring shelves are stocked. Assist in stocking inventory and managing backroom organization. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly. Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales reporting. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with gift or apparel store operations is a plus. Supervising experience is advantageous for potential leadership opportunities. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse customer base. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Basic math skills required for cash handling and sales transactions.
