JAXSEA Hawaii and Billy Aloha are growing independent fashion brands with boutiques inside the Andaz Maui and Grand Wailea. What You'll Do Every day is different, but your role will include: Creating exceptional customer experiences that leave a lasting impression Styling guests and helping them find pieces they'll love Achieving personal and store sales goals Building genuine relationships with returning customers Maintaining a beautifully presented boutique Receiving, replenishing, and organizing inventory Assisting with visual merchandising and new product displays Opening and closing the boutique Working as part of a supportive, high-performing team Who We're Looking For We're looking for people with great energy and an even better attitude. You'll be a great fit if you are: Friendly, confident, and naturally outgoing Passionate about fashion, style, and creating memorable customer experiences Motivated by sales and achieving goals Professional in both appearance and communication Reliable, punctual, and accountable Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Excited to learn and grow with a small, entrepreneurial business Retail experience is great—but it's not essential. Many of our best team members come from hospitality, restaurants, hotels, tourism, and customer service. If you love people and are willing to learn, we'll teach you the rest.
