As our new Engineering Team Leader , you will be a hands-on coach and mentor, providing the direct, on-the-floor support that empowers our engineers and technicians to solve real-time challenges. This is a role where your primary focus is on building people. What You'll Be Doing Lead, coach, and develop a talented team of engineers and technicians, creating clear goals and providing the regular feedback they need to grow. Be a visible and hands-on leader on the shop floor , providing direct support and responding to escalations to keep operations running smoothly. Champion our core operational priorities of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost , ensuring your team is aligned and effective in their daily work. Drive a culture of continuous improvement , empowering your team to identify and solve problems at the root cause. Build our future talent pipeline by recruiting, mentoring, and developing the interns on your team. What We're Looking For A Bachelors Degree in a technical field, especially in Engineering, along with experience as a leader or supervisor , preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment. A passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people at all levels of an organization. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across all departments. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a strong, visible presence on the shop floor . Familiarity with systems like SAP and Teamcenter is a plus.
