We can teach you the skills, you just need the drive to learn. Job Summary As a part sales associate you will be answering the phone to new and existing customers and assisting walk-in customers. You will be assisting them in finding new or recycled parts for their or their customers vehicle using our computer inventory program and trusted partner network. This system allows Piper's Auto Parts to be the only call our customers need to make to find the perfect part, and for you to source the part even if it is not onsite. Responsibilities Assist customers over phone, email, and text and in-person Track sales from searching for the vehicle part to supplying tracking for delivery Send payment invoices via text or email and process payments in-person What We Are Looking For Someone with a good attitude that enjoys talking to people Good with computers and phones Self-motivated and detail oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment
