Job Overview We are seeking a customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the frontline associate, providing exceptional service to customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in building materials and hardware. If you thrive on teamwork, problem-solving, and delivering top-tier customer service, this role is perfect for you! Duties Assist customers at the front counter Place the weekly hardware orders and put the orders away Check outbound deliveries Enter delivery tickets into the computer system Enter purchase orders into the computer system for materials ordered Make small deliveries Work the grain counter•weigh grain loads in and out•probe the loads for grain samples Skills Good communication skills Some computer experience would be nice Able to lift 50# consistently Good driving record
