Job Description

Retail Sales Professional Onsite Showroom

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

• $85,000-$110,000 OTE You already know how to close. Come do it with customers who walk in ready to buy. If you've spent the last few years selling furniture, cars, appliances, flooring, windows, or remodeling projects, you know the hardest part of the job usually isn't the close — it's getting in front of the right buyer. At

STU'S HOME IMPROVEMENT

OUTLET, that part's handled. Customers come to our showroom because they're already working on a project and ready to spend. Your job is to guide them from "just looking" to a signed order. No cold calling. No self-generated leads. No door-knocking. Just warm, in-store traffic and high-ticket products worth selling. We're hiring experienced retail salespeople — the kind who can read a customer in the first two minutes, build trust fast, and confidently ask for the sale. If that's you, your experience translates directly, and your earnings reflect how well you sell. What the role actually looks like You own the sale from the first hello to the closed order. You'll get to know our products, understand each customer's project and budget, recommend the right solution, handle the objections you've heard a hundred times before, and close. Then you'll follow up, keep the relationship warm, and do it again. You'll work toward your own numbers while helping keep the showroom floor running like a team. Who we're looking for 2+ years in retail sales, ideally selling higher-ticket products or services A track record of guiding customers through a full sales process and closing Strong active listening — you sell by understanding, not by pitching over people Comfortable and confident face-to-face Organized enough to follow up and keep your pipeline straight Someone who actually likes asking for the sale Backgrounds that translate well: furniture, automotive, appliances, windows and doors, flooring, roofing, building materials, home improvement, remodeling, or any other high-ticket retail floor. Compensation Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission , with expected annual earnings of $85,000-$110,000 based on your sales performance. Top performers earn more — your ceiling is your close rate, not a cap we set. Why STU'S A real base and uncapped commission — security plus upside Warm showroom traffic, so you spend your time selling, not prospecting High-ticket products and meaningful projects customers care about Ongoing product and sales training A supportive floor and room to grow into senior and leadership roles The chance to build a repeat customer base that pays you back over time About
