Responsibilities Operate the cash register using POS (Point of Sale) systems to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and assisting with product demos to enhance the shopping experience Handle cash drawer operations, including cash handling, balancing registers, and maintaining accurate cash records Upsell products and promote store specials to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Stock shelves, organize displays, and assist with merchandising to keep the store inviting and well-organized Maintain phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries, providing clear and helpful information Support inventory management through stocking duties and participating in periodic stock counts or audits Demonstrate product knowledge of store merchandise, including retail items, to effectively assist customers and answer questions Qualifications Prior experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and basic math for handling transactions accurately Knowledge of retail math for calculating totals, discounts, and change accurately Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions with shoppers Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise as needed, and perform physical tasks associated with stocking and merchandising Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences!
