We're looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Retail Brand Representative . This is a full-time, in-person opportunity where you'll represent nationally recognized products inside a retail store while helping customers explore solutions that fit their needs. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support from experienced team members. What You'll Do As a Retail Brand Representative, your day may include: Greeting customers and creating a welcoming experience Speaking with shoppers about available products, services, and promotions Learning customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions Demonstrating product features and answering questions Providing exceptional customer service from start to finish Working toward individual and team performance goals Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work area Collaborating with teammates in a positive, goal-oriented environment What We're Looking For We're interested in individuals who are: At least 18 years of age Strong communicators with a positive attitude Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face Reliable, punctual, and professional Motivated to learn new skills and grow professionally Able to work well independently and as part of a team Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, marketing, or sales is helpful but not required.
