Sales Intern The Musco Operational Sales Team has an opening for a Sales Intern at our Corporate Headquarters in Oskaloosa, IA. The Sales Intern supports Musco's Sales Teams by gaining practical experience in sales processes, customer-focused solutions, and field sales support. Through hands-on projects and daily Team collaboration, you will build communication, problem-solving, and project management skills while gaining exposure to Musco's sales organization and Team-first culture. Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Sports and Rec Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Motivated self-starter and collaborative problem solver Strong computer skills in standard MS Office products such as

Word, Excel, PowerPoint Roles and Responsibilities:

Travel with Regional Sales Associates (RSA) and Sales Representatives to observe and support customer sales calls Partner with the Director of USA Field Sales, Regional Sales Managers, and Sales Associate Supervisor to support Musco sales functions and Team initiatives Work alongside RSAs to build an understanding of the marketplace and Musco's solutions Assist with developing plans to complete lighting audits, key market research, and other special projects as assigned Support customer tours of Musco facilities by assisting with preparation and coordination Conduct detailed market research and contribute to the college conference final group project Full-time availability to work, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 p.m Flexibility to work occasional evenings, Saturdays, and special events Overnight travel as needed Valid U.S. driver's license required for operating company vehicles
