Job Summary Beauty Craft — Sales Consultant | Boise, ID Beauty Craft is looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the Boise market. We are looking for someone who loves the professional beauty industry, enjoys building relationships, and has a proven ability to grow business and develop strong salon partnerships.

You'll be responsible for developing new salon business, growing existing accounts, introducing innovative brands and programs, and becoming a trusted business partner to salon owners and stylists. We're looking for someone who is: Driven, competitive, and self-motivated Experienced in sales, preferably within the professional beauty industry Strong at building relationships and developing new business Comfortable prospecting and creating opportunities Organized, energetic, and entrepreneurial Excited by the opportunity to grow their income as they grow the territory

Compensation:

Starting base salary of approximately $65,000, depending on experience, with additional uncapped commission and incentives. Exceptional candidates may be considered for a higher starting base.
