Vanta is hiring sales reps in Boise to relocate with our team to Honolulu, Hawaii. Housing is provided. This is a full-time, commission-based door-to-door sales position selling residential window cleaning and exterior services. Our technicians handle fulfillment—you focus on talking to homeowners, closing sales, and booking jobs. We're looking for competitive, coachable, hardworking people who are motivated by performance and comfortable handling rejection. College athletes, recent grads, and candidates with backgrounds in sales, sports, fitness, or entrepreneurship are encouraged to apply. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided. We provide housing in Honolulu, sales training, proven territories, scheduling systems, and a technician team. Immediate availability preferred. Candidates must be willing to relocate from Massachusetts to Honolulu within the next 1-2 weeks.
