What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services, and business solutions Identify customer needs and confidently recommend appropriate products or services Handle transactions accurately, including cash handling Use computer systems for order entry, label creation, and data management Operate printing, copying, and related production equipment Maintain organization and efficiency in a fast-moving environment Work collaboratively with teammates to create a smooth customer experience What We're Looking For Previous customer service experience (retail preferred) Strong communication skills and professional presence Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Ability to operate computer systems and printing equipment efficiently Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift A sales-minded attitude with the ability to recognize opportunities to help customers Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Positive attitude and willingness to learn Notary Public certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified) Why Work With Us?
