Summary As a Team Member at Baskin-Robbins, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while creating delightful experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient service to customers at all times. Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream flavors and frozen desserts according to company standards. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including dining areas and food preparation areas. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Follow food safety guidelines for food handling and preparation. Requirements Previous experience in food service/retail/cake decorating is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
