As a UPS Store Retail Sales Associate you will be responsible for giving World Class Customer Service to our customers. Key priorities include greeting customers, assisting them with selection of services or products need to complete their in store experience. Such as merchandise, shipping or packaging options, completing transactions, and answering questions regarding services & merchandise available. . Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy. . Ability to work with customers to resolve inquiries. . Maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism to a wide range of customers. . Accurately handle customers funds and process transactions using the POS System. . Recommend products that best suit the customers needs. . Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers. . Independently stock and organizes shelves with merchandise. . Remains constantly aware of customer activity in store. . Ability to work alone. Customer Service Representation Qualifications Successful candidate for this position will have: . 1-2 years experience in customer service. . Must be able to work up to 25 hours per week as well as Saturdays and Sundays (once trained). . Maintain a positive environment, working with co-workers and customers with a diverse culture. . Excellent listening skills and telephone manners. . The ability to work in a team environment. . The ability to work under pressure. . Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability. . Self motivation to work under his/her own initiative. . Must be able to type at least 30 WPM. . Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs but not limited to from floor level to above shoulder height: must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation. .
