We are seeking a retail associate to become an integral part of our team!

PART TIME - MID SHIFT 11AM-5PM FLOATER

You will have the opportunity to thrive in a fun, professional team environment and develop additional skill sets. Opportunities to work in additional locations may also be available. Selected candidates for the position will be trained on site.

Responsibilities:

❖ Welcoming guests with a smile and identifying customer needs. ❖ Selling and promoting products, providing excellent customer service to each guest. ❖ Explaining products to customers and asking questions to determine the right product for them. ❖ Maintaining a clean store presence. ❖ Cash handling. ❖ Processing customer orders and thanking them for visiting us. ❖ Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints with the assistance of your management team.

Qualifications:

❖ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. ❖ Ability to build rapport with customers. ❖ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ❖ Outstanding work ethic with a friendly demeanor. ❖ Ability to lift boxes under 50lbs periodically. ❖ Must be at least 18 years of age or older with valid ID. Must be 19 to sell alcohol. ❖ Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. (Preferred candidates may also have some vaping experience, but not required.)
