Who we are: Mastercraft was started over 30 years ago and has been providing Eastern Idaho/Western Wyoming with all swimming pool and spa(hot tub) needs since the beginning. Mastercraft is a family run business by the original founders. We have 3 departments including our full pool construction and renovation department, pool and spa service and maintenance department, and our retail store in Pocatello, ID. We strive to offer the best products in the industry at the best value to the consumer. Assist customer with maintaining their swimming pool and spa. Make recommendations on best products to troubleshoot water quality issues. Use our computerized water lab to inform them of their water needs. Learn about hot tubs, use our point of sale and maintain an accurate cash box. Keep updated on all new product lines to best serve our clients. Work with your supervisor to set and reach sales goals.
