No Position Summary :

The Retail Associate is responsible for the selling and merchandising of mountain sports apparel and accessories. This role requires a basic understanding of the retail industry and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age and available to work weekends and holidays.

Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities :

Maintain a friendly, professional, and outgoing demeanor with customers and team members. Proactively support operational and company needs with minimal supervision. Develop and share product knowledge to assist customers effectively. Handle cash transactions accurately and consistently; balance cash tills at the end of each shift. Keep merchandise and work areas clean, organized, and visually appealing. Gain familiarity with Schweitzer Mountain facilities to better assist guests.

• Basic computer knowledge and comfortable with a computer based point of sale. Physical Capabilities
• Able to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Will lift 25lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Additional
